Ingredients:
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 apples
Directions:
- 1. Beat eggs and sugar together.
- 2. Add consequently milk, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir after each ingredient.
- 3. Peel and cut apples into cubes. Add to the mixture.
- 4. Bake the pancakes 1 – 2 min on each side.
- 5. Serve with honey and walnuts and vanilla ice cream.
