Apple pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml milk
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 apples
Directions:
  • 1. Beat eggs and sugar together.
  • 2. Add consequently milk, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Stir after each ingredient.
  • 3. Peel and cut apples into cubes. Add to the mixture.
  • 4. Bake the pancakes 1 – 2 min on each side.
  • 5. Serve with honey and walnuts and vanilla ice cream.
